APPOINTED REPRESENTATIVES
An Appointed Representative is a formal legal term used by the Financial Services Authority to describe an independent representative or advisor appointed on behalf of a regulated financial company. Appointed representatives must be registered with the FSA and they are regulated via the company who has appointed them.
