After completing her A-levels Martina secured an apprenticeship with a major reinsurance company, working within the Specialty Property and Casualty team. She gained considerable experience working with syndicates within the London insurance market and her reinsurance and underwriting knowledge is a great asset in her new client facing role at Castleacre. Martina is now working towards her Cert CII qualifications.
